Il Luco Colline Novaresi Vespolina 2021 by La Torretta is a blend of Nebbiolo with the local Vespolina grape. The latter is a blue grape planted around Ghemme and Gattinara. Vespolina is related to Nebbiolo and may also be used in the Ghemme DOCG wines alongside Nebbiolo to give more colour to the wine.

The Il Luco Colline Novaresi 2021 has a rather intense cherry red colour. In the nose we discover mainly cherry aromas and spiciness. In the mouth, it is fresh, fruity with a juicy finish.

Combine with antipasti, white and red meat and pasta dishes.
