Andrea Oberto took over his father’s three hectares of vineyards in 1978. For many years, he combined working among the vines with his job as a truck driver. Today, Azienda Agricola Andrea Oberto is a respected family estate with approximately 14 hectares in the heart of the Langhe in Piedmont.
Together with his wife Ornella and daughter Sara, Andrea produces distinctive wines from local grape varieties. Dolcetto d’Alba is juicy and fruit-driven, while Barbera d’Alba Giada combines power and complexity with vibrant acidity. Langhe Nebbiolo offers red fruit, polished tannins and Nebbiolo’s characteristic earthy notes.
The estate’s highlights are its Barolo DOCG wines, including Barolo del Comune di La Morra and the single-vineyard Albarella and Rocche dell’Annunziata. Refined wines that bring together power, elegance and the distinctive terroir of La Morra.
