Valle dell’Acate’s Bellifolli Insolia comes from an Insolia vineyard on a limestone soil. The grapes are harvested in the second half of August. After a four-month aging in inox and two months in bottle, the wine enters the market. The Bellifolli Insolia 2022 has a straw yellow colour with green reflections. In the nose, we detect aromas of fresh citrus fruit and jasmine. It is a fresh, beautifully structured white wine with lively acidity and a persistent finish.
