La Collina di Dioniso is the new project of Fabio Oberto. After working with his father Andrea Oberto for 22 years at the eponymous Azienda Agricola Andrea Oberto, he decided to continue in the wine world under his own name in 2018.
Under this new label, in the early years he bottled the wines of Andrea Oberto supplemented with some of his own wines. In the meantime, he still only markets his own wines under this label.
The Dolcetto d’Alba is always fresh and fruity, with typical, lively acidity. The Langhe Nebbiolo comes from young vines. It is a fruity wine with a nice structure and a fresh finish.
A beautiful series of barolo wines tops the collection with the single-vineyard wines Vigneto Albarella and Vigneto Brunate as absolute highlights.
