The Kalà Salento Rosato is produced from the Negroamaro grape. It is a grape that produces intensely coloured red wines. That is why there is only a very short skin contact when making this rosato. The wine is very fruity and fresh. It is excellent as an aperitif and with fish and shellfish. Serve fresh.
