The Chianti Classico of Poggerino comes from various vineyards at 400-500 m altitude. It is made exclusively from the Sangiovese grape. The wine stays for 12 m partly in 20hl botte (85%) and concrete (15%). This is followed by maturation in bottle for several months. The Chianti Classico 2022 is soft, fruity and open.
