The Chianti Classico Riserva Bugialla is made only in the best years and comes from the grapes of the Bugialla vineyard. The terroir of the Bugialla is rocky and yields are very low, resulting in a concentrated wine. The wine matures for 24 months in mainly new botti(25hl), followed by 12 months bottle ageing. The Bugialla 2019 is intense cherry red. Aromas of black cherries, mocha, spices. A full-bodied wine with juicy tannins and long finish. Combine with grilled meat, game or mature cheeses.
