Valle dell’Acate’s Bellifolli Insolia is a refined Sicilian white wine, from an Insolia vineyard on calcareous soil. Harvested in the second half of August, this authentic Insolia grape undergoes a four-month aging in inox and two months in bottle, giving it a pure and fresh style.

With a straw yellow colour and green reflections, this wine offers a seductive aroma of fresh citrus fruits and jasmine. On the palate, it is fresh, well-structured and lively, with a lingering, balanced finish.

This aromatic and mineral white wine goes well with seafood, fresh salads and refined fish dishes.
