The average age of the vineyard of this Barbera d’Alba Valbianchera is 35 years. It is a very low-yield vineyard. Fermentation takes place in inox. Then the 2021 matured for 6 months in large Slavonian barrels. The Valbianchera 2021 has an intense cherry-red colour with purple hues. In the nose, we find aromas of black cherries, plums and balsamic notes. On the palate, intense ripe red fruit, striking freshness and juicy tannins. The wine has a long finish. Superb Barbera.
