Scilio’s Valle Galfina Etna Rosso 2020 is an organic wine from the eastern flanks of Mount Etna in Sicily.  This wine is made from 100% Nerello Mascalese grapes, from 20-year-old vines growing on volcanic soils rich in minerals. The wine has a bright ruby colour and an elegant aroma with notes of small red fruits and spices. On the palate, it is balanced, full-bodied and pleasantly tannic. This wine goes well with vegetable or meat-based dishes, grilled red meat and semi-aged cheeses.
