Giovanni Almondo’s 2023 Roero Arneis Vigne Sparse comes from 3 different sites on mainly sandy soils.  The wine is very expressive and aromatic with scents of ripe pear, white fruit and flowers. On the palate, this Arneis is balanced and powerful with a nice bitterness in the finish. To pair with asparagus, fish dishes or as an aperitif.
