The Contesa Montepulciano d’Abruzzo has a moderately intense cherry red colour with purple edges. Complex nose of red fruit, spices, wood. In the mouth a full wine supported by red fruit, nice acidity and moderate tannins. Long aftertaste. Serve with red meat, pasta, hard cheeses.
