Tenute Chiaromonte’s Metodo Classico Ancestrale Brut Bianco is made from the international grape variety, Chardonnay, accompanied by a rediscovered ancient Apulian grape variety, Fiano. It has a straw yellow colour and an impressive nose with delicate buttery notes, followed by peach blossom.
