Valle dell’Acate’s Bellifolli Nero d’Avola comes from a Nero d’Avola vineyard on a black limestone soil. The grapes are harvested in the second half of September. After a four-month aging in inox and three months in bottle, the wine enters the market. The Bellifolli Nero d’Avola 2021 has a ruby red colour. In the nose, we detect aromas of red fruit, spices and liqueur. It is a fruity, fresh red wine with pleasant acidity and light tannins. To pair with simple meat dishes, grilled vegetables, semi-mature cheeses.
