The Muro Sant’Angelo Contrada Barbatto 2018 by Tenute Chiaromonte has an intense cherry red colour. In the nose stewed fruit, plum jam, chocolate, maquis, spices. In the mouth a full structure with pleasant acids and juicy tannins. Very well balanced. A very long aftertaste in which the bitter chocolate refreshes the mouth. Serve with mature cheeses, roasts and rich pasta dishes.
