De Barbaresco Montersino 2016 van Orlando Abrigo is afkomstig van de gelijknamige wijngaard(aangeplant in 1970) in Treiso. De kleur is robijnrood. In de neus ervaren we een rijk, complex boeket van rood fruit , aardse toetsen en likeur. In de mond schitterend fris, vers fruit, mooie zuren, tannines nog aanwezig. Wijn met heel veel potentieel en lange afdronk.

The 2016 Barbaresco Montersino is laced with the essence of black cherry, plum, lavender, rose petal, cinnamon and menthol. Dark and brooding in the glass, the 2016 is a Barbaresco of gravitas. I would give it a few more years in the bottle. There is a lot of character here.
