The Kalà Salento IGP Bianco by Vinicola Palamà is made via gentle vinification of Verdeca. The wine has a slightly intense white-yellow colour. It is dry, fresh, mineral and vegetal. Excellent as an aperitif and with fish and shellfish. Serve fresh.
