The Chianti Classico Riserva Bugialla is made only in the best years and comes from the grapes of the Bugialla vineyard. The terroir of the Bugialla is rocky and yields are very low, resulting in a concentrated wine. 18m in mainly new botti(20hl) followed by 12m bottle ageing. The 2018 is intense cherry red. Aromas of black cherries, mocha, spices. A full-bodied wine with juicy tannins and long finish. Combine with grilled meat, game or mature cheeses.

The 2018 Chianti Classico Riserva Bugialla is a bold, dramatic wine. Ample and generous in feel, the 2018 wraps around the palate with serious density that continues to build through to the finish. Black cherry, mocha, lavender, licorice and spice fill out the layers. This is an especially rich, heady style for Radda, and it works so well.
