Polvanera’s Aglianico has a ruby red colour. Cherries, prunes, tobacco, liquorice and spices on the nose. Very pleasant black fruit, nice balance with spices, soft tannins and acids . Long finish. Pairs well with pasta with gravy, braised meat, ripened cheeses.
